You don't need a referral or imaging to begin. In many cases, movement analysis explains symptoms better than images alone. If imaging would be helpful, we'll recommend it—but it's not required to start building your plan.
The timeline depends on your goals, injury history, and how your body responds to treatment. Many people notice progress within the first few weeks, but returning to full training capacity often takes several weeks to a few months. We'll set clear milestones and adjust the plan based on your progress.
We're cash-based, which means we don't bill insurance directly. However, we accept HSA/FSA and provide superbills you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. We also offer payment plans to make care more accessible.
Our goal is to keep you training in a way that supports recovery, not shut you down completely. We'll modify volume, intensity, or technique as needed, but we respect your training identity and work with you to find a sustainable path forward.
